WARNING if you use this application for the first time, and you are new to Amsterdam. This app will easily misguide you if you are near both train and metro station (both are trains). I got in results ONLY ONE timeline with the train icon. Other options with time and price are not shown, only the fastest path. I entered into metro thinking this is the only path, traveled longer and charged more, like a taxi who rounds to take you more money. I paid the price, don't make the same mistake.

We had a very poor experience with trams on our visit to Amsterdam, and this app didn't help. Both the app and the displays at the tram stops showed trams that never arrived, like they simply didn't exist. An app that's supposed to show live information has no purpose whatsoever if the information it provides is inaccurate.

App is ok, but doesn't work very well. Was sat at the tram stop wanting to go to Van Gogh museum. It said to walk to another tram stop to catch a different tram, then walk 3 mins, then catch another tram to the museum. Google Maps told me to wait at the team stop I was at and wait for a number 12 tram which was direct to where I needed to be. Used Google Exclusively after that. Also the reader on the bus/tram takes a while to read your QR code, which can annoy some of the other travellers.

App works great, but whenever I try to plan a tour with the pont or water travel, the app immediately crashes when I click the trip.

The app should receive 0 stars in terms of UX design. Exiting the app after looking at a ticket price for 48h pass and then coming back to purchase the same caused 2 tickets to be charged without me ever pressing a plus/add button. The card payment page didn't show an order total and therefore I was charged for 2 tickets while I wanted to purchase one, just because I opened the app ticket section two times. Support refused to give a refund citing T&Cs. Avoid!

I tried to buy a group ticket today, used two different mobile phones and two different cards : payment status is always pending This app is just a nightmare 0 stars

I used the app during travel in Amsterdam. At the airport, I purchased a 96 hour ticket, but the payment was stuck in pending. Since I needed to get to my hotel, I had to purchase a ticket from the vending machine. The next day, the payment went through and I was charged, even though I did not need the ticket. There is no option to cancel this non-activated ticket.

Whether it is the app itself or just lack of updated information, when there are changes to the regular routes, it's a matter of luck if that is visible in the app. Besides, the trip planner still misses a lot of travel options that are better or faster (within the set travel options).
