Much easier than using the website. I should've switched to the app a long time ago. Love it! In response to dev question: the website just needs more steps. First you need to get the photo of the bill on your laptop, then you need your phone again to use digid, then you need to select for whom the bill is (there's only one option, me). You upload the photo of the bill, and the app shows you immediately if it looks okay but on the site you have to download it again. On the app, it's 3 steps.

For those experiencing issues logging in: if your phone is rooted, that might cause the app to refuse the DigiD token. MagiskHide seems to work (for now). It would've been nice if the app just stated it detected a rooted phone instead of a generic "something went wrong"-message (and referring to DigiD.nl to troubleshoot).

The chatbot occupies the goddamn screen and does not let me see the data i want to see..please put the chatbot in a different tab alltogethetr.

Can't log in because, as others have also noted, the login redirects to the browser version of DigiD and then tells you you need to log in via the DigiD app instead. Super frustrating and completely unusable.

Had an emergency abroad and the European Health card which you don't provide in plastic anymore had not been updated in the app. It's almost February 2024 and mine still shows the 2023 card. Not a fun thing to find out in panic in a foreign hospital. Please fix the flaw so others don't run into the same problem.

This app is the worst thing I never use for a big insurance company they can't afford a good apps for people. It makes me sorry I sign up with them.the one 🌟 is even too much. You can't login in to ur account on the app and if u try on the website it is sending you back to the app and yes I have my digid but till nothing
