Using current version of the app, it keeps corrupting it's own cache which then stops it talking to it's server and stops it showing our site. Clearing the App cache fixes this but pity they don't fix it and even more so they didn't test it properly. Surely they can do better than this rubbish? Support helpdesk is rubbish also, they do not reply to phone calls or email. Because of all the issues we are downgrading our rating.

When it is 7° and rain then can take much longer to react. The connection in general is really good and react really quick. But just a minutes ago (again) my car stuck out there 2 minutes and force stop a couple of times for making a connection. Then I tried to deactivate the alarm for another 2 minutes. If I use the remote control (not the app) it will take me 5 seconds to open the garage door. Hope the app can react better without too many force stop in the future 🍀.

So unreliable. Not what you need for security monitoring. Overloaded server and going offline all the time and they charge you for the privilege. Very basic functionality after paying a lot to have the module installed plus have to pay a subscription. No button to trigger the alarm in an emergency seems like a massive oversight. Should have the ability to save which sensors you want active when arming for different situations instead of having to snooze them.

App doesn't perform as required. Installed on an Latest Android phone, Samsung S22 Ultra. Also tried on Oppo device. Doesn't send Alarm live notifications. It doesn't send a notification but it's using only phone system sound. Doesn't have any elite tones to select from hence it beeps like once when alarm is going off. Notifications can be missed very easily.

Most of time fails to communicate with panel and doesn't support Oreo 8.1 while all other apps support almost all android systems.

Rubbish app constantly having to reboot my phone to keep the connection to the panel if it doesn't improve I will Cann the app .

Just downloaded, unable to manually add alarm and do not have the QR code. Clearly issues here Ok, I've now tried to send the issue through to the email you advised and it keeps bouncing back. I've got 2 of your alarms in different locations so want this sorted before the old app is turned off.

Still not able to change the time zone on my country's (Europe/Athens) Still not able to save changes on DNS network settings on both sites. Still 16 zone for one of my sites is not reporting on app But I received an email that tells me that my trial period is almost expired and I should pay for subscription. Give a solution to your customers.
