When adding your smart opener for the first time as a new user you are not prompted to setup a device at the end of the experience. Instead you're shown a success state and taken to the dashboard.

Update. Slow to open still. Google voice control makes Google. Just open a search page, won't link to the Dominator app to trigger device to work. Notification options have been changed and can no longer notify if the gate or opener is "not closed". This was a very useful option. Also cannot notify if opener has been left open for a period of time.

This app used to opens the door but wasn't close the garage door. It was saying open after obstruction. Dominator guys updated the firmware and now it works just fine. Voice commands with Google assistant is just awesome. Just wished there was option to disable pin for opening the door.

Works well for me to see the status of the garage door when out and about. I can set notifications for different actions, and control the door. The support team were quick to respond when I emailed for assistance.

Now amended with voice control this is what you need! 'App works well enough, but needs integrations so the major smart home offerings(google home/assistant, apple home & alexa) fumbling with the app while driving isn't really practical without voice commands. Would rate far higher with it.'

Dominator doors restrict you to their system but that system is poor. App often crashes, no proximity skill, the voice control is meant to be Amazon Alexa enabled but the skill in Alexa doesn't exist. Very disappointed with this system. Can't seem to raise a response from Dominator either.

not a simple app,you have to install other fixtures to make it work,unfortunate as sounded a good idea.
