A Google user
Upon installing, the app says that the Servers are unavailable, to try again later. That's all it ever does. I've tried uninstall/reinstall, allowing all permissions. Nothing works. The librarians can't figure it out either.

A great idea for the library, unfortunately it won't open on my device. I get the splash screen and spinner but it never gets beyond that. I tried several times, reinstalled, rebooted phone, let it sit for several minutes, still nada.

Worthless!!! You can't even get signed in with your library card number or Username and pin

Entered zip code to id my library. Nothing happened. No other options to use the app. It just sits there, uselessly.
