Paying for the app for a long time now and its never been this behind in updates. We dont have anything new and I keep thinking about unsubscribing. I used to love the app but hearing about latest updates on Apple and never getting them here is very disappointing. Plus when I use films usually app freezes or becomes very slow. If they dont fix this issues soon I will for sure unsubscribe

Again android version is behind and now it is impossible to use because it mixes photoes randomly in gallery. Good luck finding something. Paying for the app for years, but we never were so behind apple users. We don't have studio, ee don't have all the laters filters and film effects / i really hoped this would change, but after 3-4 years of being a paying subscriber I am leaning towards unsubscribing.

They are so many bugs after the last update on my android. Usually I edit with butter+kodak gold and the app shut down during the save.I'm paying for the app monthly so I would love to use it. Please try to fix it.Thank you.

It keeps crashing saying that the app isn't responding. Useless, what's the point of the app if all it does is lag and not allow me to edit photos

The app has so many bugs... everytime I try to add a flow to a photo the app shuts down. It doesn't matter if I'm doing one photo at a time or multiple... please can this be fixed asap! I love using this app :(

I was having an issue where the app would crash whenever I used certain "effects" in the app so I contacted their support team. They were very responsive up until they asked what phone I have and as soon as I said I have a Samsung, they stopped responding. 🙃 I read some reviews that said they had the same problem, which is really disappointing. I love this app they have great filters and effects, just really frustrating that they don't seem to care much about their Android users...

I had already used Tezza for almost one year. The app is cool; my photos become more aesthetic and beautiful. Once, I got a bug from the app that couldn't save the edited video. I sent the email to the Tezza team and they responded quickly. They fixed the bug asap. What a reliable team 😍👍 Thank you so much, Tezza! 🙌💓 I highly recommend you to use this app for making the aesthetic & eye-catching photos.

Ive been subscribed to Tezza for a long time and to begin with, it was great but recently it's not allowed me to save images or videos and it's crashed my phone. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, turned my phone on and off, I've even factory reset my phone. I thought it would fix the bug, but it's been so long now! Not great! Hopefully gets fixed soon because it is a great app! Unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription
