Vet Tix is great. The app needs much help and now I would give it one less star because they took out the sorting by most popular which was much needed. it is very hard to find events that you want to go to without it

website says I can only request tickets through the app, but when I go to the app it is an absolute lottery whether or not the event will load or not. If it does, it takes like 5 minutes for it to load.

This app is worthless and doesn't work. I tried to request tickets online, and it said that I needed to request through the app. I went to the event on the app after logging on, and on the app, it says I needed to be on the app to request tickets. Vettix is such a great organization that it's disappointing that the app is so terrible.

"Something isn't working quite right." From logging on to searching events. I am told the app isn't working every step of the way. It is not working.

Worthless, I put in all my CORRECT information and I am not verified. Well my DD214 says otherwise. No wonder other Govnt agencies don't use ID Me. Worthless.

Downgraded to 3*. The trickle events are the most unfair part of this app. 0 notifications. Only people who get those tickets live on the app. Update: another feature I'd like to see is the ability to follow trickle events. Or join a wait-list like with lottery events. Notifications don't always work for events. Missed a few chances at events because email notifications are sent later than app notifications and the event got taken too quick.

This an unbelievable way to get usually great seats,if you can make to show find last minute couldn't make it,offer the tickets up if you can hook up another VET.

Download the new update on my phone continually crashes every time I try to use the app
