Works nicely and would be a full 5-star if the documentation would contain any hint how troubleshoot the connection to Google Assistant. The short PDF published is nice, but I get stuck between Step 4 and 5. As a result the devices don't show up in Google, although the BleBox portal says Google is a connected service. I emailed them but no reply

To get this latest version working and to show up devices, you need to allow 'location' access in the apps permissions, then it can use Bluetooth. For some reason, the app isn't requesting proper usage permissions on the phone from the user (you).

No longer connects or detects devices. Very frustrating to have (expensive) hardware around the house that is now pretty much useless. Location permissions are on, using latest version of app.

Keeps losing the connection. won't scan. Have to disconnect app and reload.

Previous releases of this app worked flawlessly. Current version is junk. Works sporadically. Most times the only way I can turn the lighting off is to force-close the app and restart it. Not at all convenient.

A good App with technical support from Blebox.eu and Litewave.co.uk It would seem most of the reviews have been left by people trying to use the wrong App! There are 2 Lightboxes products, one is Bluetooth (this App) and the other is WiFi. Make sure you download the correct app for the Lightbox you are using otherwise it will not work.
