Application doesn't have customer support. In case something happens with your purchase, there is no way to return money back or resolve it somehow else.

Payments is not working through application - paypal, blik and common with card number. Additionally from time to time tickets that I bought with web portal is not displayed in application (even 2 days after) Response of support are super slow. And no any info about created tickets and so on. Looks like they think that testing in production with real users is ok. They even do not know, what type of payment is not working in their application...

Not worth it, you need to pay additional fee if you buy tickets with the app, it's the same as on the website , but via website you don't need to share with Helios anything

History of watched films disappeared after some time. Despite that app is neat in terms of booking tickets / checking available films
