Useless App. No profile update option, I am facing this problem since yesterday. Instead of solving my problem, I had two accounts, both accounts got blown up. Thanks Chagatai Lab for not having to face this anymore. Islamabad Diagnostic Center App. is the best.

Pathetic. I needed some reports in medical emergency, and every time it's saying some error. I have reset pin. Reinstalled aap. Nothing helped. I have been using the app since Covid days and home sampling service is superb. Just one query, i need to change my registered mobile number but dont have any option. My account has all my family reports and I want access to it but need to change my registered number to my wife's. Any solution from developers?? Also I am unable to use pin to login to mobile app

App doesn't work smoothly. Most of the features give errors or wrong details all the time. Like the card doesn't show up there, the reports page says no reports data available.

Used to be a great app for viewing your lab reports but the app is crashed now. Keeps connecting you to an external website of their link where 'service unavailable' error waits for you.

I initially downloaded this application in early 2023 and was impressed by its performance. However, in the last two months, I've experienced significant functionality issues. The app frequently gets stuck and fails to operate properly. Moreover, key features like the 'Merge' function are currently malfunctioning. This is disappointing, especially since the 'Merge' feature was quite useful before.

Alright app for getting reports. But the staff at the labs doesn't really care about how they're creating profiles, which means there's a whole salad of different names and records against my name. And even though I see the option to manage or merge records of family members, that feature always returns errors and doesn't work. Would be great if I can manage and edit the profiles against my number. Update: their automated system on WhatsApp doesn't connect me to an agent either. 🫡
