If you are looking for mobile provider in Serbia, STAY AWAY FROM MTS!!!!! Their prepaid service sucks - example: just paid 500 dinars for prepaid service,5 minutes later 0 dinars on account, without one single call made or Internet usage!! App is useless, doesn't provide any information on usage, noone to call (u have 2 go 2 mts office to talk 2 someone, min 1 our wait). Switched to Yettel, works like charm, highly recommended.

When it works, it works. Most of the information is up to date. Even comes with a widget.Once every month or two, the app decides to log you out. If it's having a good day it's going to handle the login process flawlessly and you will be logged immediately. On the other hand if it's having a bad day, the experience is the polar opposite. It has flow glitches. It goes back and forth between the forms. Then restarts, then relaunches itself. Really difficult to understand why this happens.

Run away from mts.. unstable internet connection when it comes to house internet,tv etc..terrible optimisation,paid options automatically turned on (like net limit) which can only be turned off once you wait 20 min for them to answer so no simple off/on option and i could just go on and on.. simply RUN away

The reason for the low rating is that every once in a while, sometimes even once a week, the app logs you out, does not work, does not send the confirmation code when you want to log in... Pitty, it is (could be) a nice & useful app in general but not reliable at all and it has been very frustrating for some time...

This application is useless for prepaid users. I downloaded and created a user profile with my phone number, however it gave me no options to manage my prepaid plan. The MTS tourist plan is fine if you're in Serbia the entire time, unfortunately they had no roaming packages when leaving the country and the highly absurd roaming charges used up 1000 dinar credit in a couple of minutes. I ended up getting a Yettel prepaid card when my 30 day period expired. I will never purchase another MTS plan.

I changed my ratings to 3. Was 2 because i was left with emotional pain as my common sence was impaired. Miracles do happen once in a lifetime, this app almost had it but it's going in a good direction. Shame however, country with so much IT professionals, leader in the region, can't afford to keep their own people? But guys seriously kudos for new app look, UI... and one day, i hope, so much more. Until then, is it enough to keep all those demanding customers? Think about the future, harder!

I put 1100 dinars on my sim and MTS completely wasted it (money disappeared in 20 seconds) instead of renewing my tariff. I contacted support and got no compensation (pretty obvious that this mistake fixable in couple of minuts). This is nonsense and complete disrespect to customers. In addition, sometimes application simply doesn't work on login phase

User is not able to turn off Net Limit option via app. And this payed "feature" is added by default for all post paid plans. So users need to pay additional 10din per minute to talk to operator to turn it off or to go to MTS and to wait in line so one of the operators there can turn it off. Because of complicating this "feature" too much and taking money from people for such simple on/off functionality I'm giving the app one star.
