I used Get look earlier and wanted to share my feedback. While I appreciate the quality of service provided by the beautician, my overall experience was affected by multiple cancellations and reschedulings from their side. Additionally, I was not properly updated from beautician, which caused inconvenience. I hope they can improve communication and scheduling to ensure a smoother experience for customers in the future. That 2 star for quality only.

I have signed up for multiple sessions. For me this is the most comfortable, reliable and satisfying experience to avail any beauty services. All the beauticians that I have interacted with are very courteous, highly professional and extremely talented. What I appreciate most are how efficient they are in keeping the time, organized and well maintained. They use authentic products with utmost care of hygiene. The booking process is seamless. I would strongly recommend GetLook Salon at home!!

I booked two appointments with Getlook—one for a massage and another for waxing. Both were canceled at the scheduled time, with no prior notice, and I was told no professionals were available. I had to call them myself to find out. If they can’t provide the service, they shouldn’t show available slots. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be booking again.

I had a terrible experience with Get Look twice. Despite booking well in advance for multiple services, on both occasions, they kept calling with delays—saying the beautician was unavailable, sending replacements, and asking to reschedule because of missing products. I spent over 2 hours following up, only to get no resolution. After 6-7 calls, they finally canceled, and then had the audacity to call for feedback 3 hrs later. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized service. Wouldn’t recommend

Getlook has good services and would recommend. It is the second time I'm getting Punyawati for service and she is really good and professional. Would definitely recommend here and would give her a 5 rating! I am reducing one star only because sometimes I've faced the issue of cancellation in the last minute. If that's improved then this is a really good app!!
