It's really bad application, you have to call 422 for any issues you may have. Also it used to stop plenty of times 😵💫😵💫 like crashing you have to update or re install 🙂

I have not received my card after issuing it. It's been 3 weeks now. And I don't have any way of contacting the bank or the service center. The strange thing is that there is an oprion for "rate call center" but there is no call center in the app!!

In beginning the app was just fantastic, but after updating the app, it lost some of its options, there is no linked card option upon that I couldn't see my account details such as the the account number and the amount of the balance I have in my account

The application and features are great actually, but the new UI is not good, I loved the old UI more. The new icons inside the app are very amall and the color selection is not good, I can not read the captions under icons as their color is so light. Please fix this issue by selecting better colors.

Easy to use, but a bit old-fashioned. It's simple to figure out, but it looks a bit outdated. Maybe that’s not a big deal , everything works like it should.

This app is very bad. It always asks me to start facial verification. Moreover, it automatically deletes one of my cards and asks me to relink it to the app. What's more, every time I try to take a photo for myself, it tells me that you should be in a bright room though all the bulbs are on. I don't like its policy at all.

I lost my balance after the latest app problems, please bring back my balance back, and please answer my WhatsApp messages too, thanks
