This time around we squashed a few bugs, added some smart updates, and gave a few features the glow-up they deserved. Here's what's new.
Lights, camera, live stream. We gave Moments a glow-up so now any NewForm user can post from any event.
Now, events that are full say it—right on the preview card. No more guessing.
Bruce Wayne by day. Batman by night. Now you can choose light mode or dark mode, or sync with your device settings. Set your look in your profile—no cape required.

Within the app, content often doesn't load. Odd, generic, pre-made event titles and stock photos make an unsettling impression. It's a decent community though, if you're aware that there are people in recovery with varying emotional states, but also a nice mix of allies and people who choose sobriety. Some events might get cancelled if the host/volunteer relapses or drops out without notice. It makes it harder to trust and to make meaningful friendships when that happens.

Awesome app!! Keeps getting better in my opinion. to the creators, keep up the good work! It's helpful, insightful, reassuring, encouraging and uplifting. If your serious about recovery and being and staying in a recovery lifestyle; this is the app for you!

The events and gatherings of recovery folk and their support system friends and family are abolutely wonderful. I love baseball and skating and the driving range was right up my wheel house. Having fun and supporting each other can truly build bridges that perhaps were damaged almost to the point of utter destruction. These outings are an excellent way to loosen up and have clean, wholesome fun. I support wholeheartedly.

It would be great if there was a filter on the "Events Near You" page where you could limit to a certain number of miles away. For example, I live in Chicago, and don't have a car. I don't want to see events that are 45 miles away from me, but the app does not let you filter those out from the results. It's disappointing when you get excited for an event, only to see that it would take 2+ hours to get there from a big city.

I was looking forward to getting into the app and the community, but I am unable to register an account or even sign up. I was prompted to use my Google account. After applying my account info, nothing happens, and that link is inactive. I chose the other option to sign up with email but never received an email confirmation. I deleted and downloaded again to no avail.

Amazing organization, that has made a HUGE impact in my life ❤️ You don't have to be in recovery to join the free events - there's a ton of different ones from fitness to art to just social outings! I cannot say enough good things about the Phoenix. If you are curious, just download it! It will be the best thing you do for yourself. Thank you Phoenix 🔥 for what you guys do, it is changing lives. 'The opposite of addiction is connection' 🙌

Seems like this would be perfect for anyone looking for a sober community. However, my location provides nothing close by 😞 All events are miles and miles away. The virtual arts are just pottery, which I don't do not do I have the materials to do so. Nothing wrong with the app probably just where I live no one cares about a sober community.

I try to join a space and enter my phone number to do so and need a 6 digit code to continue... entered my phone number at least 6 times and made sure it was correct 4 of them times and never received the code... I can't join a space so I can get involved in activities near me which I'm assuming is what this app was designed for so needless to say I feel this app is a complete waist... if this issue gets resolved then I may check it out in the future but for now it's a broken app
