What happened?! This app was great, but all articles were not showing up on the page so I updated it and now it's a big mess. The first sentence is there, but then you get the continuing loading circle (of course waiting on a stupid ad to load!!) You already have the ads on the main page, overloading your articles with them so the page doesn't load is obnoxious advertising. Really annoying to not be able to read the rest of the article because you have to wait on even more ads. Tacky

Too many ads. I know they've gotta make money somehow, but still. Open a story, gotta watch an unskippable 30sec ad first. Another video halfway down, gotta watch another ad first. Tornado warning and sirens, click here to see a live weather report? Hope the tornado is more than 30 seconds from your house, because you've got to watch an ad first (yes, this actually happened).

This updated version is terrible, and not nearly as user-friendly as the previous. The navigation is really sloppy, and certain sections are difficult to find handily. Not to mention the design is pretty sloppy/unappealing. I've deleted it, and will stick with another station's news app.

Installed the latest update. The data usage went from around 600mb a month to over 1.95 gb. I don't watch any videos in the app, I just read the top stories. I can't afford that much data usage for one app. Something changed in the lastest update that has data usage skyrocketing!

Awkward app. Too difficult to find what you're looking for and WAY TOO MANY ADDS embedded on every screen. It's risky to scroll/swipe for fear of clicking an add. Every time I open the app there are more; top, bottom, throughout every article. It's ridiculous! What ever happened to quality customer experience?!?

I love NBC but this app just does not help at all. It is very slow to update to what is happening "now". Doesn't really help me with anything at all. If I have to wait for the news to come on to see what is happening & what the latest updates are, then what good is this app doing? I am deleting it & very disappointed because they promote it so much that I wasted my time downloading it. I won't stop watching them live though because no other channel has such great people!

Awful. This is my first and only app review. I have both Apple and Android phones. The latest update is unstable and the new layout is awful on both phones. I don't know why anyone would update this app. There was no need to do so. I happily used this app for 4-5 years. Unless this latest version gets fixed, I'll just uninstall it to help me get out of the habit of using it everyday.

I seldom ever leave app reviews. This new version is so bad, I felt I needed to rate this one. This new version of the app is not nearly user friendly as the previous version. Layout is ugly. The traffic portion used to be my go to, now I will be finding an alternative. I have yet to find anything that is an improvement over the old version.
