I have used this app for years. It was updated and we had to switch to the green app as premium users and now my clients cant make appts on their end...smh i am extremely annoyed because i have some older clients and getting them acclimated to new systems are a pain. I contacted customer service by email and all they told me was they were working on it...these things should have worked on and developed on the new platform before they made customers switch.

The previous version was much much better We're supposed to innovate and not retroceded I'm very very disappointed with this version The calendar issue it's a disaster The older version once you go into the month it would show you everything booked This version you have to specify a lot of stuff before it la show you your appointment's. I'm waiting f for a new better version update otherwise I'll cancel My membership for ever

I like the application very much, but I set the messages to be sent one hour before the programming and that does not happen. They are sent between 30 minutes an one hour.. If there is a problem with the application, please solve it because i need it next year too! Thank you!

Literally a working app is converted into almost half functioning app. In that this same company used to provide a nicely functioning appointment manager and I had the pro and dropped some nice features of it along the way. Clients used to be able to book appo on their PC and not needing to download no app onto their phone to use it. It forced me to look elsewhere!!

This is the best value appointment app going. Didn't take long to set up. The Android-SMS issue is annoying but hopefully it will be resolved soon. My one request to the developer is - can the Google calendar entries go client name first rather than the service name?

So make a appointment that is what you want for scheduling or it will set on the hour. I have used this app for years. Now it's just a bunch of problems. Google calendar says it's not a trusted app and won't sync. My patience are growing thin.

I was forced to switch from appointment manager pro to this and lost ALL my bookings for the next 3 months in the migration process - absolute rubbish and I am on a paid subscription. I am fuming, feeling robbed and have to somehow spend hours on re-doing all my bookings and reminders for the next 3 months - RIDICULOUS and actually THEFT for it is a PAID subscription which I wasnt allowed to finish on the appointment manager

I have been using this app for a few years. It costs me a lot of money every year. Now you are wanting me to pay to have to SMS send automatically after you took that option away. This is the only reason that I was using the program. I will be deleting this app.
