Would love to see this app improved as it's so convenient and I use it a lot. It can be really slow and the search function constantly disconnects & stops working. Also I personally think it'd be really nice to be able to view all my past loans as well as my current ones so I can look back at what I've read!

I have used this app for several years with no problems, renewing my books, and searching for and reserving titles. Recently, I haven't been able to search or renew. I get error messages. I would have more use for a chocolate teapot than this app! I have tried logging out, switching my phone off, deleting the app, and reinstalling, to no avail. I emailed support but have received no reply.

As a disabled user I am able to use from the comfort of my home. Would be nice to give users options to set reminder/alarms to renew books on time especially if they have different due dates. Also I think users would benefit from a personal record/archive of their best books etc they've read or need to recall for the future. There has been no progress with this app which is really disappointing.

Really good app which I frequently use to renew and reserve books. Great search facility allowing searches by author, genre, titles or subjects. This enables me to spend less time in the library trawling through shelves I can do that in the comfort of my own home. A little personalisation would be useful allowing you to store favourite authors but according to the developers this could be in a future upgrade.

Since November 2023 this app can no longer connect to the central catalogue, meaning you can't see your account, search for books or place reservations anymore. Busted. Updated review A fix was pushed out in March and the app works again. You'll need to login again though

This app has previously been very useful and dependable. However, recently this app is broken with no way to view your account. Uninstalled. Update: Recently it was working again but only for a short time. now it shows old records of books on loan and unable to update it.

Very useful app, allowing me to find, reserve and renew library books online. The search function could be improved, I think, perhaps by incorporating an advanced search option, with fields for author, title, category etc, together with wildcards.

Really convenient app to renew your books without a trip to the library. It is now working again after failing for a few months! Would be nice if it did even more such as saving favourites as another reviewer mentioned.
