Terrible service. Pre-booked a taxi on this app weeks in advance with payment pre taken only for the taxi company to not turn up even over an hour after the booking and then refuse to answer the phone when calling from my mobile number for over an hour to ask about the booking. Partner called on her phone and they answered until she explained we already had a booking from a different mobile, so they hung up!

One of the easier taxi apps to use, but for all things that are good please tone down the yellow. White text on bright yellow is an impossible combination for reading. Other than that, the car on the map tends to sporadically disappear but your ride arrives eventually.

Only real issue is the journey tracking is awful, it either doesn't work at all or it seems like it's not moving then it suddenly jumps to a new location so it's very hard to follow along watching the app

Prebooked a taxi for a holiday. The prebooking was cancelled by starline - without telling me - which luckily I noticed in time as the app doesn't notify you. It shows up in my history as cancelled by the company
