It's mostly good, but works very slow. Some things are much easier on the web (for example, suspending a hold takes forever on the app, and you can't do more than one item at a time). Sometimes the search feature doesn't work well, even if you have a title exactly correct (but I think that's the site in general). Being able to see that an item's renewal limit is reached without having to TRY to renew it would also be helpful (as it is on the web).

The app used to be good. Since the most recent update it won't show up to date info. I log in with my correct information add eventually it'll tell me service not available. I've tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall the app clear the cache, etc. I went to the website and I'm able to access all the info I need. Please fix the app.

The new app looks nice! I haven't been able to explore it much but I do like that we can suspend holds in it now. I just wish they were better organized (old app put "ready to pick up" holds at the top) and specified when they had to be picked up by.

It works for what I need it to. I wish it had a place to add saved books. I find sooo many I want to read and then I forget to go back to them. Like a "bucket list" button I can click to have it added and then a way to go into my list when I am ready. For now I add them to my Evernote list of books to read.

The wireless printing option will send you to down load another app to Print and that's public so anyone can see stuff if they want. The app is alright you log in to your account and can save books, renew stuff, eprint, pay fines etc.

The search for items gives limited to no results. There should be a link on the app for me to view "My List" from the main website. The app also drains more battery power from my phone than most of the games I play.

I liked the app until the most recent update on June 10th, 2024. I no longer can find or use the research function through the app. Before the update I was able to pull it up immediately, now it is completely gone.
