I just downloaded the app and connect WiFi module on the top area they said connected to wifi module but when I pressed the bottom button which says connect to wifi module for next step the pop up msg shows and said you are not connected to wifi module. This is disgusting

History is not available if you need to check the previous day's work. How can we do that ? Secondly it's only showing the current generation of electricity but not the current usage. Third, the alarms are only showing the number of issues but aren't mentioning that either the inverter has solved the issue or when the problem occurred. Alarm history and power generation history are major issues that are missing. Kindly see these and try to resolve them at the earliest in the next update. Thanks

Worked great for the first day but after that I have to keep restarting the inverter for the network to update. I understand the unit may get hot and maybe the wifi components might need to be reset sometimes but please provide an update where this can be done remotely. My selection of this inverter was for the remote monitoring feature. Please fix this. Thanks

Hi, today I updated the application V1.3.0.1, but the history details are not populated, which were earlier working fine. Moreover, history should be displayed in a graph and will be more appropriate with at least 1x month backup data . I hope the developer team will look into this matter and resolve the history problem. and include the above-mentioned feature as well.

Very diffective app..doesn't show the correct information and does refresh very quickly...doesn't has alot of options,like i didn't even get my low battery or fault notification on my phone. The battery percentage is always wrong, one time it will 100% and 5 minutes later you will at 20%. The management option for charging battery from either AC or solar or both also doesn't work. Plz solve these issues.

Worst Solar App ever used This app HAS TROUBLE 1. Connecting with the device WIfI 2. Programming Wifi to connect to cloud 3. Log in into cloud once you actually manage to program it 4. Get correct info from the cloud Often doesn't see the device . Incorrectly states device offline. Doesn't show the info most of the time Those are structural issues It has the worst user interface. It can't graph the solar power layered with load and grid, which all other apps I've used can do easily.
