New update sucks. Everything has been changed around, not user friendly AT ALL! Why change and break something that worked. I can't even transfer data to my son anymore. It is ultra confusing and it does not pull his number in from phonebook and when I add manually, the next button doesn't work. Go back to the previous version, yoh!! You're frustrating everyone! I see people can't even see how much data they have, like such a basic requirement that should have been considered as a priority!

The recent upgrade looks nice. New interface is simple and works better. However, I no longer have a dashboard that displays my balances (how much data, airtime, minutes remain) on the home page. It's hidden behind a link and does not have the balances anymore🙄🙄. I primarily use the app to monitor the remaining balances. It's annoying having to do DSD, and then wait for the SMS to come through.

New version, up front and center stage is the pay us button, how nice of you to welcome us by asking for money first. Why take away the most useful feature - the data usage/balance dashboard? We had a nice cirlcle taking ALL data bundles into account. Now when you hit view balance, the data balance shown is a one liner AND its wrong. What is it showing? Nightsurfer data? Which bundle? Active month? Roll over data? Who knows... Come on guys. Not good enough

Developer what going on with the new app i used to be able to transfer data across now it get stuck on a black page. However the interface is very nice, simple, user friendly it needs time an blows around. it easy to us who are in tech, Lastly please open more option to be able to check data scale analogue on different numbers for people who has more then one contract Thanks

I wanted to load uncapped monthly data for my router as i usually do with the app only to find that it has been updated without my consent, then i went on to buy the data and i selected the correct one and i was asked to enter OTP sent as SMS. I was greeted with a sceen saying "Uncapped OFF Peak Null loaded successfully" when i checked it was wrong data, 10GB was loaded + 10GB night surfer. I reported the issue now its over 24 hours with no feedback let alone a resolution. I am frustrated.

App is now useless for me. I'm on prepaid and could see all my balances easily. My different types of data bundles like lte once off, all net data etc were easily seen. Now I see nothing but zeroes by balances after update. It only got my phone no correct. Totally useless. 0 out of 10. New update after this comment posted: still useless. Still showing ZERO balances. Not real update. Please get your coding right!!

Telkom should just roll back to the previous version of "MyTelkom" app. This version is just not user-friendly. You can view balances (eg. Data), but you can't see when the balances expire. One could view epiry dates of all available balances on the old app. If it ain't broken, DON'T FIX IT! I've removed the current version of the app and reinstalled the old version and I won't update it. Still giving Telkom 1* for this F-up.

It hardly ever works across all my devices, most useless app. Every time they update the app it gets worse. It fails to check balances nor send OTP in time 🤷‍♂️. How come over the years Telkom fails to have a good & simple working app that is seamless. I now mostly depend on SSD to check balances and transfer airtime and data. I'd give it a 3 out of 10
