There should be a log in feature on the app so that we can add information on an upcoming flight. As is possible with every other airline app. We should be able to see our points etc without being directed to a web page.

I tried finding the timing details of flight no. KB211 Kol-Paro of 20 Dec 2018 afternoon rescheduled to 21Dec early morning to help me plan my pickup timing at paro. it was giving all sorts of data excepting the correct rescheduled timings. The whole point of developing such an application is to take care of such matters and reduce the need to call the enquiry desk and get lined up in the call que. Your application seriously need to be looked into to stay relevant during your difficult times.

Appreciate the services offered but quite skeptical about the delivery. The app is not updated on flight status. It's either very delayed or not updated at all.

why BOB debit card not accepting for online booking? before it was accepting for online booking indeed. need to look first for domestic passengers for our convenient booking.

Worst airline ever , too much costly , no good facilities
