It's very user friendly and also exactly does what it says. We did the 'Ringstrasse' walk and as we were only briefly visiting, it was nice to know this information that we can know about all the tourist spots, their locations and also walks or routes that allows us to visit them one by one. They have maps which is pretty accurate and also guides us pretty well. Must have it if you are visiting vienna for the first time and don't know what and when to visit.

Excellent app for tourists. I looked up multiple lists, itinerary idea blogs, reviews etc and found that this is the most useful - all the information a tourist could want is consolidated nicely. A feature that could make it even more useful is a plan builder - allowing a user to pick a list of places they want to visit, plan out which days to do which etc.

Very neat idea, the points of interest are super helpful. App is well designed and usefull when walking around Vienna. Sadly the app has A LOT of stability issues. It crashes all the time, sometimes in the middle of the audioguide speaking, sometimes when choosing new screen etc. It sadly made it barely usable at times. Selecting points on map is also wonky - it deselects them after first click and you have to select them again. Map position resets all the time as well, even with GPS enabled.

Pretty, but clunky to use, not that much information and with headings or icons that, annoyingly, take up half the screen and don't seem to be able to be hidden below or above the screen (while using the map, for instance). Walks are interesting (would like to see more of those as I take walks around Vienna daily) but scrolling each individual location is a bit trying as, half the time, the screen freezes or rolls back up. Uninstalled, but will try again when it has been improved. Will give you 4 stars for 'effort' and for 'pretty' with the hope it will become much better.

The tourist app is a mess. Navigating feels like a maze, and finding essentials like your metro ticket is a hassle. Paying extra for discounts is a letdown, and they're often misleading – tried using one, but no luck: at the counter, it turned out that specific ticket is not offered during winter time. Discounts feel like a scam, better off without it.

Should have created this app long time ago.But better late than never.Awesome app,creates lists according to your interests and pace. Holds information about the places like the opening time,website and the map.The maps has all the places listed and with drop down menu where you have a brief information about each places which is great; veryuser-friendly. Moreover it's very neat,clean and organised. Check out secret tips.There are hidden gems.

1. No schedule for places. 2. Not possible to filter Vienna-card offers. 3. Not obvious that map include All places. We don't found in app any cafe or restaurant with viennacard offer. 4. No one checked the card. You could just say in the museum that u have one and got discount. 5. Even after a whole day in the museums card price not pay off.
