App is OK. You can make a significant improvement: when person is in the bus - hands are shaking. So, wrong ticket can be bought accidentally. You can show "Yes/No dialog" AFTER a person clicked a ticket item.

Not possible to use as offline application, as ticket store. Each time when start, it downloads 5Mb of bus-stop database, this databese is not changing even in few days. And it doesn't work on older phones.

many buses are not shown at all. also the software does not react to location change automatically. these are the most critical problems for usability at the moment

All in all, bad. Not even working for the last 3 weeks. When started, it asks for permissions, and when allowed, shows the tutotrial. Then, starts loading the map, and doesn't finish even after 10 min. Re-install did not help. When it was working before, there were 3 things I didn't like the most: - No option to buy SMS ticket without registration. - Difficult search for a station if you dont know it's number or a name. - Easy access to the routes of each line.

The application is not fully functional. When I open a bus station to see the schedules and arrivals, I get an error. Developers ignore all my emails that I send to report the bug. I have to stay on an older version of the app that still works for me. Response to response: I sent numerous emails to email address specified in the error, no reply! 😡

I am changing the grade to 1* The reason is: although this app is unusable, it is considered as THE ONLY way to be informed about the route changes. Google maps for instance (a normal way of routing) have incorrect information. In general, the belgrade transport administration instead of playing strategy should concentrate on doing things. Gps tracking of the buses, google maps integration and normal payment system in each bus should be done first.

This is for anyone trying to register. English version seems to run into issues other mention. I had no issues registering when using it in Serbian. I am not sure if this solves the problem for people but try that. No problems buying ticket or registering on Serbian version. My main problem is that it doesn't have an option to search directions and with Google maps not giving it I had to install another app (mooveit) to get directions. Timing seems accurate so far. I find the app useful.

This must have been programmed by a person who has never seen computer code in their life. The home screen has "Button 1" and "button 2" which don't do anything. The Google Maps api works and shows my location and that's about it. It shows no buses on the map, when i try to search any bus station, nothing appears in results. On the home screen the scrollable menu is on an infinite loading loop and doesn't show anything. Even the UI design makes no sense. The app is completely unusable.
