This app is riddled with bugs. Missing English version of your destination selection. If you exit the app before finishing all entries (e.g. to search for a picture of your passport), the app crashes. Can only access your "recent photos" to upload a picture of your passport. No way to browse to different albums.

Flight status for Gate, boarding and closing is too small and hidden. Cluttered, otherwise function as the app suppose to. App flow is bad. Feedback function is not working

App was working okay, but now not even able to login after updates. developers mess.. Even not able to contact developers, because their mail servers don't support TLS. Get yourself professional help to work on your issues. After update again no login possible and also password reset did not work. Now they present an entry screen for a 6 digit PIN, but don't send the PIN to the given email address. Unbelievable. Just now PIN delivery works. They earned a second star. 😐

I like the feature of booking a taxi at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient and fast, no need to queue, and there will be a notification when it comes to the queue So you don't have to worry about waiting. You can go shopping and use the restroom at the airport first. And better yet, they can view driver and vehicle registration information and can make complaints directly to the service.

This app will has access to: - Read phone status and identity, directly call phone numbers - Read, modify, or delete contents in your USB storage - Take pictures and video - Access to precise location (GPS and network-based) - Full network access, view network/WiFi connections - Pair with Bluetooh devices, access Bluetooth settings - Run at startup and prevent device from sleeping So be careful, read everything before you give it the permission.

Buggy app that constaintly crashes and forces bluetooth on irrespective of your location. T8 form is buggy, and once submitted you can't recall it so don't bother doing it early. The App is so bad that there is a queue of people needing technical support at the airport before immigration.

The first thing I saw when logging in for the first time was someone else's fully filled out health form complete with loads of personal information and passport images. I don't think I have a choice when it comes to using this app but I am very concerned about the safety of my information.

Awful. App requests an otp during registration. Once I navigate to my e-mail to collect the code and then return, the box for entering the code disappears. I try again & no otp arrives. Try a new email address and still no otp. Also, the count down timer for entering the otp just stops part way through the count down.
