if feedback is so important digest the below and act. Login now appears in a microscopic icon. sends OTP which is not recognised.. how can a telecommunications specialist design and release such a mess... constant redesign...latest version doesn't log into account, practically invisible prompt to log in directs back to the app store where it shows app already installed. of course it is. uninstall and reinstall does nothing to rectify issue. all shop and sales and no service!!

This company charges you separately for internet and router. My question is, why is it charged separately? How can internet work without router? When I cancelled my contract, they said cancelation fees include separate price for internet and router. I don't understand how can this be the case?

this app itself is fine in general. but requiring to re-register via uae pass is silly. being dependent on another app for sim registration is just dumb because apps shouldn't be inter-dependent. now im locked out of my sim and i can't re-register because the uae pass's facial verification isn't working properly 🤷‍♀️

They blocked my account with out any reason and cant get my money back.. also there customer service is not professional they are useless.... almost one month i raised a complain but till date nothing happen... also its hard to contact there contact number. Need to call in midnight ao that one can attend the call... your email maybe have problem cos i sent all my documents several times but still they are saying not receive.. useless

Previous version of the app was much more user friendly. Now it's like using a windows computer. Way too complicated and filled with unnecessary things for no reason. There's absolutely nothing likable about the app now.

Dealing with them for 24 yrs. now, both professionally and personally. No. 1 local giant notorious to turn good services to bad services, in the name of upgrade, (useless) digitalization, rebranding etc. Now the app is not working...OTP not accepting, failing to verify UAEpass, new registration throwing coding script error message, recharge is failing. Spare us e&..we're your customers..

I've been trying to log into the e& mobile app for the past four days, but it's been impossible. Neither my UAE Pass credentials nor my mobile number work—the app simply refuses to accept the OTP. This is beyond frustrating and points to a serious flaw in the app's functionality. I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately to make the app actually usable for your customers.

Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.
