Not sure why I get a low ratings for using the Bluetooth hands free feature but it's okay to talk to people who are physically in the vehicle and listen to music. The app does not take into account streets with speed limits of 45 -55mph. All streets are not under 40mph. I appreciate the concept of the app but it makes it difficult to get a better insurance rate. Bumpy roads are also out of my control. Should focus on monitoring fast acceleration and hard braking and not using Bluetooth.

Good luck trying to book a hotel. A lot of times after you select at the end "book room" it shows you an error information. Then you have to enter your whole information over and over again. Tried several times. Didn't work. Updated the app to see if this fixes the error and now I can't even sign in anymore. Had to go to the website where I also tried booking the room 3 times and finally the next morning, when I tried again it worked. Still cannot sign into the app.

It's 2024 & I can't manage my account billing if I have auto pay active without making a phone call? That's ridiculous, other than that Imo it is great to have this in case of certain scenarios and the app is fairly decent as well in my opinion although there could be some improvements I am pleased with it overall I'd like to see the yearly membership offer another discounted rate if posb but overall great service to have in your wallet imo.

Bad Customer Experience My initial car insurance policy after relocating to the USA was with AAA. I prepaid 6 month Aug19, 25 I signed all necessary documents. However, three months later, AAA sent me a bill for $151.82. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I had not signed the (EFT) agreement on time. I received no prior communication via email or through the app about this requirement, and now I am being charged an additional amount on top of the original agreed-upon price.

Can't log in! And I was logged in a couple of weeks ago! Useless when you can't connect to services you paid for. I get "Welcome guest!" And when I click on Login, I get a message half off the screen asking me to verify my ZIP and to accept their privacy policy. I do that and get taken right back to the main screen! Wash, rinse, repeat! ,ZIP Code is 81022.

It's annoying to type in zip code every time to start the app. and almost always has technical difficulties to look up different account information or pay bills. It's as if the app is still in beta testing years later. There is a need for great improvement/overhaul.

They finally pushed out an update to fix the crashing issue, and now the App works correctly again! I'm a bit disappointed that it took so long for a fix, but I'm glad to see that it has finally been done! Since latest update was pushed out, the App continuously crashes making it useless. I'm using Drive and Save, and since the App won't function, it isn't recording trips either. I contacted support to be told they're doing another update to correct the crashing issue.

I'll just say the app is horrible and by all the reviews that you read that is correct majority of it I would say 70% of it is all true!! Try used it once , roadside service my battery was dead and had to go through their app you cannot get customer service at that time in the morning and the app was terrible and then by the time I gone through the app to schedule they kept texting me that they could not find a driver sign to me yet and it was already an hour cancel it! 24 hr service BS.!!!
