If you own a router that doesn't allow you to separate the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bands, don't even bother buying their products if the product in question can only do 2.4Ghz, the app will refuse to connect to Wifi. I contacted them and asked them if they could fix this simple issue but they haven't responded to my support request at all (It has been months). They should know a lot of routers, especially ISP-provided ones (which in some cases/ISP's, you cannot replace) do not have this functionality.

Sad app. I wish I could give less then 1 star. The most basic function; namely connecting to home network is really dysfunctioning. I understand this is a difficult thing , but lot of other apps have managed this ok. Also it gives you a message "geslaagd" = everything went well, when this is clearly not the case. Also the 8 "tips" how to correct /make the connection, are very cryptic. If I ever managed to connect I'll inform you further. For now, stay away from this system if you can.

It works perfectly fine and is easy to use...but there are fewer options than I've seen in other smart control apps. You can't set it to turn on to a specific mode at a specific time, just on or off (and I believe it just returns to the setting it had upon shutdown when turned back on). With other smart devices, I'm able to adjust the routines more specifically which is what I unfortunately expected with this. (For reference, I use this app with my aigosmart air conditioner)

Good experience with the pairing process, but it's impossible to configure the timing. Every time I save the timer, it disappears.

Good app for animal feeder, just needs a 'skip one meal' button on the feeding schedule for when you're present and have fed your pet slightly in advance. At the moment you have to toggle off the next meal and remember to toggle back on after the scheduled time has passed. Very good overall though.

Share home profile. Would be nice to share the entire home profile instead to individual devices. Then, the other house members can control them too. Thanks. For those having issues with adding appliances, try to clear the app cache.

Update. Once updated the app none of my appliances now work and even resetting appliances too the instructions none still work . So now items such as my cat feeder and bulbs etc don't work.

Big coding error: In "DIY recipes" when I change the "remarks" for ANY recipe, it changes the remarks for ALL recipes. Probably wrong database key handling? Other than that, not bad. I am going to have more suggestions. Do you want to improve your app? [Thx for your answer] yes, you send this comment to them please, you know the email address, so just send them this information. They need to know, and then fix the app ASAP. Thanks. When I see them FIX THIS PROBLEM then I am gonna send more bugs.
