The interface on the app is klunky, slow and tries too hard to look stylish, yet performs slow. No one needs to spend time awaiting action onto the next item on the app. The loading circle thing for every single action is frankly ridiculous. Even trying to get OTPs takes long beyond the timer. Get your back end in order. Then the app also runs in the background, even when I havent tapped the app. Uninstalling.

Since last week, a SHAKE & WIN game would pop up and when I tap, it's a blank page. Games are laggy. Previously, every time I tap on another app and return without having played anything, a msg would pop up indicating "I'VE PLAYED". Points are slow to gather, but it's good I can use it instantly upon payment. 9/10: My email from 11 days ago remains unanswered after the auto reply.

I had to uninstall/reinstall several times before I could log in, eventhough my phone number and password are correct. Now that I'm logged in, there's a red big banner of NO INTERNET CONNECTION on top of the app screen which is very annoying. Promotions and cashbacks are good but app experience not so.

Scam Alert. All they need is user data to sell it. It was mandatory to download and create account in it to get entry in fireworks show in festival city. Uninstalling now. The management was worse never see ppl fighting for tickets without queue in dubai any other place. Very bad management.

Was looking for a winter jacket at a larger size but couldn't get. The SA (Rose) went to check in store but to no avail. Bought the jacket as it was really nice, though slightly tighter. Was contacted by Rose around 10 minutes later. She found the size that I was looking for and asked me to exchange for the right size. Brilliant service!! Love it.

Update : I sent all details by email, and no any solution provided . They don't want to return my cash money ( not gift , not cash back) Not recommend, as I have toped up my account with the amount of AED 500/- from my bank account, and after one year they told me it is expired , there was no communication or reminders for such action, i have tried to call customer service many times with no help provided from them and wanted to escalate to some can help but no luck for almost one week now .

Unable to log in to redeem points. The black screen keeps loading after I enter my phone number and password. It's been this way for months, even after multiple updates.
