This app used to be great but recently my file, results and everthing disappeared and my son's file is doubled in its place and now I can't access my results. Even after updating the app and reinstalling it, my file is still not visible and no one from the hospital is offering any help. They keep saying the app is fine even when I showed them my file is gone and my son's double file.

The mobile app is not functioning well on Android OS even after updating it, for example: when you fix an appointment with a certain physician - the appointment is not appearing into my appointments tab. The same app is working properly on IOS. I hope when you read my comment to work on this issue and to get fixed soon.

This App used to be great, however, after recent update my son's file is doubled and my file disappeared from the application, this is no technical available and the Hospital staff doesn't know how to fix this issue, instead they claim the App is working fine despite seeing that application is not showing my file. Pathetic behaviour.

The app used to work until android 12. After upgrading to android 13 it does not anymore and crashing every time I open it. This app does provide a convince when it comes to appointment booking/ cancelling, checking the insurance approval status, getting a medical history etc.

I can tell, this is the best hospital app I ever seen, it is even better than alhabib hospital. One note to put in consideration is to allow user to choose default branch instead of need to change the branch each time which is annoying. And BTW this could be done on the level of mobile app and no need to be at the backend side.

It appears that my details are missing, and only my children's names are visible, along with outdated information. Please take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that all my information is correctly updated. I also request that necessary action be taken regarding the IT team's handling of this update ASAP.

The reports dont load and previous visits get stuck for rating in the main screen. Kindly fix the bugs.

There is a bug in password txt box... Users can choose any PW with no limits.. But actualy its 15 digit as Max Check and fix In addition, we cant see the reports in the App !! Its showing gray empty screen.
