The features the all provides are good, but unfortunately the performance of the app makes it quite literally unusable at times and most of the features don't function properly. The messages don't get delivered even if the other person has been online post the message was sent. App notifications don't function almost always.

Very bad experience... Year package charges are too High ...You don't get suggestions as per your preferences, you don't get noticed by other suitable candidates that match your preferences/ their preferences. Tooo Slow. From last 2-3 days app is not working. It's showing only blank white screen....filters don't work everytime, app is down half of the time... On every anuroop event they charge extra amount + gst...for every event ... So why we pay for premium membership?

I have taken premium plus package as additional privacy options were mentioned in the package. But I don't see any such privacy options. There are too many bugs, issues in edit options etc. But, the customer service is pathetic. I'm now writing for support since last several days but there is not even a single response from anyone. So if you have any issues using the app, there is nobody to acknowledge it.

Worst experience!! App is very poorly made, full of bugs and glitches. If you lock your decice with app running, you can open the app without unlocking, this is not secure at all. No proper suggestions with preference. Waste of money!! They shouldn't charge this much for this poor service! Tech team really need to work on it. Now getting blank white screen since 3-4 days. Other matrimony app are giving way better services with free of cost version. Just worst experience with Anuroop!!

Tooooooooo Slow. From last 2-3 days app is not working. It's showing only blank white screen. It always shows repetitive profiles. I don't even think that they have 3000+ profiles. Technical team really need to work on app. Wasted my money. 26/09/2024: This app never works and not able to edit my bio, it says special characters not allowed. Help Support is not working. Anuroop needs to improve their app performance.

After installing this app, I regret it now because it does not work properly at all. Every time I try to update or edit, an error saying "We're experiencing a temporary issue. Please try again" appears. What’s the use of this if such issues persist even after paying Rs. 7,100 for registration? If your app’s software is not good, then why are you spending so much on big advertisements in this business? You don’t even ensure that your app is up-to-date and error-free.

I would rate 0 but there is no option. Standard AI based reply to email them at info@anuroop but no really bothers from their end to look into the app issues. Kanitkars are just money greedy. No interests received from 5 years on this platform. Just waste of time and money and in return you get mental stress. "इथे लग्न जमते" is just a marketing gimmick.

Unfortunately, I can't rate in negative stars. It is so bad. Whatever API or Database queries you are using are so unoptimised and bad that the response takes forever to receive. Real time notifications have become a myth here. I almost threw my phone at the wall.
