Decent app The only thing I would improve would be allowing for this app to send notifications instead of only email notifications. Also, I would have it so that if you click off the little black text box, that sometimes pops up. It would make the black text box disappear. This is for both Android and Apple phones.

This app is an awesome tool for property managers. However, an inspection cannot be started in the app for a property. Units only. Not very useful for HOAs or anytime you need to inspect a common area. This bug has hung around for almost the last year. So taking away two stars. Hope the team sees this and fixes it. I also informed support and posted in the community

Vendor portal should get its own app for Android and Iphone. It is very clunky, to have to open a browser. Would also like just a little more visibility for each property.

As a contractor for a property mgmt. company, This app is very unuser friendly because, you have to sign in wich it does not allow you to do. Says there is no account associated with this email (yes it is). I do like that you can recieve and invoice work order all in one place. On the web you have to go through too many steps to see the notes, invoices, and or multiple work order contents. Very time consuming. This app has a lot of potential. Hopefully the right improvements will be made

Starting yesterday I can no longer upload inspections through the app. When I click "new inspection" it goes to a new screen with some "offline inspection" with new choices and an error message about restarting the app, and loaded pictures don't go anywhere. The app was great and I use it every day for work in the field. Please fix the new inspection function on the app.

Now charges a service fee for direct bank transfers, so there is no longer ANY payment option that doesn't include additional fees!! I've never seen ANY other company tack on a fee like this. Other places only charge if you pay by credit card! On top of that, they still bill management companies monthly to use their product. Corporate greed, plain and simple. Their software isn't even very good. Do not support these guys!

I love that there is an app. It makes uploading inspection pictures so much easier!! I've been out on property and tenants would come up to ask questions and I can just whip out my phone and answer them real fast. Or if we are driving around the property and see something that we need to reach out to the tenant about, we can just send them a text right then and there. I love it! *edit 12/15/22* After newest update uploading pictures to inspection is super annoying.

How are you going to fail at a simple form when literally the whole point of your app is submitting forms? Buggy. Tedious. It's the 21st century! You can't get a simple form right? And why would the default setting be "save my credit card info"? Like I trust you to keep my info safe when you can't even perform your basic function. I will be alerting the management company and my agent of your very poor rating and my bad experience! Garbage!
