I used to rely on the Zain app for its excellent features and convenience. However, since the beginning of this month, it has stopped working completely. This has caused me significant inconvenience, and I’ve lost access to many important things because of it. I hope the developers address these issues promptly, as the app used to be a great tool

This app is the worst thing I had in my life during my trips.. I can't even charge my account and is not working outside Jordan. Even the service provider is completely brainless : they ask you to call them while I'm outside Jordan!!!!??? I want to charge my phone first to call you and in order to charge it I need a proper app to do so. The app is a real failure!

Upgrading it from 1 to 3 stars as it became more reliable and easier to use. But still, there is a lot of room for improvement and fixing many issues. For example, i have more than one account that i manage through the app, i cancelled one of these accounts but I can't delete it from the app....

What is going on Zain....the App is not working.... It freezes on the opening page...It says, it is not responding... There are times it will work when I use WiFi and there are times that it doesn't. Sometimes I have to use my data just to open the app...

The app keeps crashing. It's also not accessible without internet. Every mobile service provider has access to the services of the phone is connected to the phone network, not the internet. How am I supposed to renew my data if I can't do it offline?

Since the last update I can no longer use the app, it just hangs on the splash screen and nothing happens, tried to uninstall and reinstall, same issue, how do you release updates to production without proper testing?!

Awful app for such a large company. Despite updates every couple of weeks, it still freezes on the opening/logo page. You sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes for the app to open and sometimes it doesn't open at all.
