I am a DIY home auto mechanic for my own vehicles. Bought the WiFi proline with Honda and Subaru extensions. 1. The Windows based software and android app don't fully work with all features. 2. Android autoupdates app and the license becomes invalid, enhanced features becomes disabled/unusable on mobile. 3. Archived my original v18 apk but it no longer connects to the proline adapter over WiFi on the latest Android version. 4. Enhanced features are incomplete/don't work. ATTS module on Prelude

I am a GM in house mechanic and have been using app for 10 years and it has given me the most usability at home for reading and clearing codes and being able to diagnose all the modules on my vehicles. This is something that most other code readers can't do. I have purchased the GM and Toyota enhancement. For other cars I use generic reader. Really like the Wi-Fi app for Android phones gives me portability.

I just recently upgraded to the latest software and hardware including the ability to connect wirelessly. I couldn't be more impressed with the product and the support. I've been using Autoenginuity for years and I'm glad I upgraded. I feel like the negative reviews on this app and hardware aren't warranted. I think the people leaving the negative reviews really don't know what they're doing. If you just download the app it's not going to work if you haven't purchased the supporting hardware.

Sooo I am a shade tree mechanic. I maintain about 10 vehicles, model years 2000 through 2018. I bought the scan tool about 2 years ago to use with the android app. The company has updated the app and now says to use it I have to pay for the $150 upgrade AND I have to send my scanner in for an "update". If I needed new vehicles, sure this would make sense. But I don't understand why I have to pay these people an upgrade fee to keep using the same tool!!!! Just buy a nice autel unit. They work!!!

The app has been working for a while now until I updated it to V19.1. My phone (Pixel 5) is working but my old tablet (Asus P027 AKA:Z500M) is now NOT connecting. The tablet has not received any OS updates for two years or so. It has OS V7.0 API 24. Please fix if possible and thanks for a great app.

Can't connect. Please help! I downloaded the app and can't figure out how to connect to my bluetooth obd2 scanner, the only instructions I have found anywhere were inside the app telling me to connect to proline wifi network.

Worst worst worst worst worst company to deal with!!!! Do not recommend at all!! I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the past 10 years!! I've spent more time on the phone, back and forth emails then accualy connecting to customers vehicles. They act like they are too smart or to busy to even talk to the customers. They just want to email you directions. They like to blame problems on my phones and or my customers vehicles. I haven't been this upset with a company ever in my life!
