Terrible app. At first it was a convenient way to pay my utility bill, but now it won't even let me log on. It has prompted me to make sure my ID and password are correct everytime I try to log in. It has been correct every time. Their help menu is only for alerting them of a power outage, and when I tried to reach out to them via email through the app I never received a response. Do t waste your time.

Not a good app. If you manage to get it set up and the only thing you need to do is pay your bill, it'll work most of the time. If you need to do anything else like change your payment method, or look your bill on full detail then the app sucks. It either can't do what you want and send you to the website, or it's seriously so slow that it just sets there. Sometimes goes to a blank white screen and does nothing. To say it's buggy is an understatement.

This app is absolutely horrible. I created a user and password. Everything went fine until after the fact. I tried to hop on to pay my bill but it wont log me in and saying my credentials aren't correct when they are. Thinking it might have been my password, i changed it numorous times and still got the same message. I try to log in on my laptop and it works perfectly fine. Needless to say, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! ITS JUNK!

Aggravating experience, I got this app as a simple way to pay my bill, instead the bill pay service says "experiencing issues" and "try again later" everytime (if it lets me in at all) this review is marking the third month in a row (with multiple attempts each month) I have not been able to pay my bill through the app. You'd think an organization of this size could build a simple phone application that works, or fix the issues at the very least.

Terrible app. Had it for a month and still can't even register. It always goes to a white or black screen. For this app to be up a few years now with the same complaints is ridiculous. For that don't offer an app service. It's like a smack in the face cuz they know they're the only company in alot of areas so it's not like we can take our business elsewhere. TERRIBLE

App makes it convenient to pay, however, it has messed up my payments previously. I had to stop auto pay because it was taking out the payment significantly prior to the due date, and then I was charged $20 for the apps mistake. 10/25/22: Took stars off because the app is proving to be more of a hassle than a help. It glitched, again, as I was trying to pay a bill, resulting in a double charge of my account. Nyseg, get your app working properly.

Called NYSEG to find out my user ID and reset password. Call back function worked and then the line disconnected. Called back a second time left on hold and then disconnected again. Why does this matter, cuz the app says to call NYSEG to figure out user ID and reset password instead of having that function in the App. At the very least the developers could give the correct phone number to call for mobile app within app information cuz it's not on the NYSEG bill.

Lately it hasn't worked, I have had to change my password 3 times. Tried to call about my bill on hold for 40 minutes had to hang up. I entered a payment agreement but received a bill saying I owed the full amount by November 21st still can't get anyone on the phone and they never reply to emails you send on their site. Frustrating to say the least!
