Tried to book a court but getting error message "Member not found" even though I already bought 300 points that are supposed to expire in 7 days. Trying to contact them via the contact us link in the app leads to a something went wrong message. Email link for verifying email also leads to an error page. This whole process is horrible. Please fix or refund my points purchase. EDIT: Contacted via email which they were very responsive to. They plan to fix the bug soon.

I seem to be stuck with the first location I made reservations at. This is not always the place I would like to or am able to play at. Not sure how to leave that club and join a new one or just a second location.

There is a "delete account" option, but it doesn't do anything.

One of the worst apps I've ever seen. It is barely functional. There are so many alternatives that can do scheduling in a way that actually works. Pray that your facility does not start using this app.

Wish I didn't have to use location-on to be able to use the app. Sometimes I'm not within the range of my club and can't book a court then.

App doesn't work without location service. Reporting honest feedback as Spam is not very user friendly. I am a member of a club, Feedback is needed to improve your app, not to piss of users

I don't understand why ithis app needs my phone GPS to be on while usingit. It could allow me to enter address location instead.
