Its not as good as it used to be. It can be very disconcerting when it freezes. I've had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times. Also it doesn't agree with my blue tooth. I lose all the features when I try to connect. Not good. Also unreliable as it keeps crashing. Please sort this

I really like this app. Great music, great station. The cut outs during task changes hardly matter. Since the update this app is not working at all for me. It says no internet connection but I have full signal. Seems like "radio everywhere" is not an option so I will be uninstalling.😠

Very poor streaming consistency. Yes my signal is variable, but every other streaming service I use handles it better and doesn't lose the stream as often, nor fail to pick it back up when the signal improves. This app is much worse than when I used to listen to Kiss on third party internet radio apps. They seem to have developed their own poor app to maximize ad revenue over the listening experience, think that's a way to encourage people to go premium - Fail! I wouldn't pay for an app this bad

Listening to the stations at the gym or in the car without adverts is brilliant. However, I'm paying for a service, which I'm not receiving. The app is consistently crashing and I'm going to end up cancelling my subscription. I suggest the app team, or whomever deals with the tech issues, fixes the issues promptly, as you will end up losing several listeners.

Recently the app is being very temperamental. It keeps stopping and going quiet. Sometimes it comes back on 20/30 seconds later. Sometimes it says it can't connect to the Internet. Then I have to stop what I'm doing to put it back on. I'm paying for the premium and only really listen between 8 and 1 at work. If this isn't resolved soon I'll cancel my premium and just put up with ad's through the actual radio.

Very poor app, don't even bother. Signed up online for promo subscription, confirmed by email. Signed into app, no subscription, wants me to start an new subscription. Followed troubleshooting with no joy. Web and app hugely disjointed, worst subscription app service I've used. Closed account so I don't get billed twice! Very disappointed, use a more established music service, as this appears still in its infancy stages with may problems! You risk being billed twice if you're not careful, avoid.

Great music but premium isn't working as it should do. I mainly listen to the kisstory mixes and about halfway through every mix where the adverts would normally be I get 3 minutes of silence which is actually worse than having adverts! Have tried login out and uninstalling the app but it's still happening. Please can you help as is ruining my listening.

I've been unable to play music for over a week. The app has completely crashed and many other people have reported the same. I've uninstalled & installed many times and that hasn't worked. I'm shocked that after the number of complaints, the Kiss network haven't haven't gotten their digital team to look in to this as a matter of priority!
