the app never works. Its either technical difficulties, down for maintance, or generally non-functional. Its been months since ive been trying to log in. Add in the fact hardly anyone accepts this damn plan and that customer service is non-existent for dentist. Literally everything has to be pre authorized or it takes forever to approve. This is a worthless plan compared to the better medical. I'm switching as soon as the timeframe opens up

Just helps you find a provider and it's not even good at that. Somehow defaults to California even if you put in a city and state. Works by zip code though. Doesn't list all the providers so it's useless. No claims information. I expect better from BCBS. Also, if you leave the app and come back, it'll log you out every time, even if you left for just a second.

App credentials were created 6 months ago. Just went to use it and it tells me my password is invalid. To top it off, the password recovery feature doesn't move past the 1 step of 3. This is 3x in over a 7-day period. There is a "maintenance issue announcement" at the top of the log in screen it's been there each time. Do not use this app it's a piece of excrement.

Just updated the app and the app still always has a problem with logging in. Very seldom can you log in no matter how many times you try. When I just try to open the app after updating I get this message: Unable to process your request Apologies for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this. Please try again later. Dismiss March 2024 still not letting you sign in at all. Worse now then before.

I can't log in to the dental app. Second time I've used it, and it craps out on me. I put in my info, and it says it can't process my request. Also, I have medical and dental through FEP BCBS, and it's bs that I can't go through the same app, or even the same website 🙄 might as well find another service that's cheaper or gives better electronic service, if I have to have 2 logins anyway.

Won't recognize the password fields on the login screen, so I can't use the auto fill function. Even when I do type the password correctly, it has always given me an error saying it can't process my request. Logging in on a browser on the same website gives me no issues. This app is useless

I can't give this app anymore than one star. If they would fix the constant crashing and enable fingerprint login. Everytime I try to login, it doesn't let me. When I click on forget password, the app says try later, technical difficulties.

I cannot logon to the website at all so I am forced to use the app, and it is hit or miss. Yesterday I tried several times yesterday to submit a claim on the app and got an error message every time. Today, 23 Dec, the app let's me logon but says I don't have coverage (I do). I have had trouble logging on for two weeks. How can both the website and app be this bad?
