Disorganized Unsafe This app is definitely disorganized. It enabled predators to see and talk to woman who are just trying to feel safe in a space which should protect people. I had a negative communication with a member and I can't block this person? Their "Sophie" AI gives great advice you can Google. This app is scam my as it shared my information. I couldn't get technical support to answer my question for anything and finding profile settings impossible. TERRIBLE.

I love this app. It is its own social media platform, not a group. Just knowing that everyone is there to listen and encourage one another is a beautiful thing. Notifications aren't lost in a list that's 90% unrelated to things you post, you don't have the stress of accidentally posting something private in a public group, and it is very easy to navigate.

Absolutely amazing. See what other people are dealing with. Get answers for what you're dealing with. The best part is there is an amazing development team that will spend time reviewing, understanding, and helping you with questions and concerns!!! Having access to this kind of information is great whether you're just getting started, don't know much, had MS for years, and a "seasoned pro". Step in and learn, help others, and find support and answers!!

There is so much information, personal and professional at your finger tips and opportunities to ask questions as often as you like. It's a blessing to anyone on this journey period. I'm miffed! Just got started with the group, and saw an article on MS and cold weather..so I clicked on it. Told me everything..but about the effects of the cold weather!! I'm depending on the different articles that you publish, so please..when you say that the following is about MS and...say.. Used to like this app, though I haven't used it in a while. I'm unable to access it at all now. I never get the text for 2FA, and selecting the "Call me" option just attempts to send a text again

Great to be able to relate to others on what I'm exercising and also great feedback from others n doctor's on related issues. I spend lots of time reading and bonding with others in different groups. I definitely don't feel alone anymore in having to deal with this disease and feel learning from others and their experiences is also helpful.

I have an profile with this app, and I had to request a code to register, and the code would not come up via SMS and call. So then I created another account and the same thing happened. I was unable to send an email or message via the app because it told me to register. I really enjoy this support group. I want my first profile and the 2nd one deleted. I need assistance in solving this problem.
