Maybe I'm not getting the most out of this app but it does show the charge level I suppose. Not sure why I need to always scan for Bluetooth devices rather than just remember the one you use.

Roamer Batteries

Please note that the negative reviews relate to an issue with the remaining capacity displayed on the app. This was an issue with a previous firmware on the battery BMS - not the app. This only affected a small batch of batteries and the firmware was updated for all new batteries sold since June 2023. Anyone still on old firmware can contact Roamer support to get battery updated.

If I could rate no stars I would. We've had nothing but problems with our roamer set up and this app makes me want to bang my head against the wall every time! Unreliable readings causing full discharge of batteries. You cannot see a true reading of battery Ah left. Reads way more Ah than the battery even has.. everything you want to check each battery (we have 2) you have to close the app and start again just to view the next battery.. wish we never purchased ROAMER

Frustrating to say the least. The app is unusable to monitor the remaining battery capacity. It says my battery capacity is 530ah when it's 320. So says I have 100% remaining when drawing power after 1 hour which clearly is incorrect. Roamer you need to fix the app ASAP! Or im going to look at other brands in the future.

Does not work as intended. iPhone connection droops out 5 seconds of working, for Android system works better but overall terrible app needs lots of improvements. First generation wast outstanding competition to this

Works alright, just one fix I suggest. Because I only own one battery, could it remember the device peremnantly, and automatically connect to it? If it can't find it, then it shows the Bluetooth list. Otherwise works great 👍

Needs the ability to reset the battery capacity when fully charged as it always reads more than the battery can hold. Should be a simple fix for the right person.

App works fine (and indeed looks far smarter than other apps). There is occasionally a need to calibrate the BMS but the Roamer team are always more than happy to help on any issues that arise
