It is late night, people around here are sleeping. Opening app to check out some news in themes this app supposedly can provide, and - boom there is video add with loud music! Come on! Seriously? You should consider what types of adds you include! Sorry, only one star because that program can't be used in quiet places. Uninstalled, looking for alternatives.

Good app with some decent new articles, would happily pay for the ads to be removed but you have to create an account with a social media account (twitter, Facebook or gmail) to get the most out of it and no option for a plain old email and password. A lot of people in cyber security don't have social media accounts or are against using them as sign ups. It seems the developers have missed the point and their target audience. When the ad trial runs out will uninstall and look for an alternative.

It's kind of weird for that the only sign-in options for a *cyber security* related app is through Facebook, Twitter or Google - leading corporations that are notoriously known for the exact opposite of security. It would be nice if we had other sign in options. Other than that, keep up the great work devs! The app works wonders!

I would easily give this app six stars if it didn't have as much irrelevant and childish adware that pops up while I'm reading and searching for articles very relevant to my work and I share with team members I lead. If there was a paid version at a reasonable price, I would offer that in a heartbeat. Reconsider your free model it's not doing you any favors.

Maybe I was unlucky, but each news article was only a teaser and clicking deeper went to an insecure page which eventually led to a 404 in every instance. Plus ads, like ads in mobile games, we're popping up in between. Not cool, total click bain IMHO.

This is a great app however, my AVG protection app is now saying it contains malware? This has never happened for this app before. Please can the developers fix this so I don't have to find another app. *UPDATE* After my comment above I received 2 prompt updates. I am very satisfied with this product and the care from the creators. Thank you.

Until recently, I would have rated with 5 stars all around. -- Quality of the app, sources and content is impressive. -- Likeability is high; I find myself checking for updates as often as a teenage girl or aging father checks their facebook. -- But I recently enabled the new inter-app tracking protection feature in DuckDuckGo's privacy browser app & was horrified at the sheer number of tracking attempts this app tries every day. On avg. 700-1000 attempts. Guess which 3rd party pays for this sly access. Long story-short, sad to see another quality [insert noun] sell out to facebook, excuse me ... 'meta',
