Great content. I got logged out. I can't log back in. I try to reset my password and it doesn't accept my email address as valid so I can't. Contacted BritBox and they say my email address is also not valid. I showed them receipts. So, will have to deactivate the account and resign up a million times like I did with Showtime to use it. Don't sign up for Google apps for the tv is my lesson.

As others have commented, the content is really good, but the app regularly crashes on startup on our Sony Bravia TV. About every fourth time when starting it, it will just do circle work and not start. This requires a reboot of the TV after which the app has lost the login details! Please fix! And please don't tell me to contact support. That's your job. Just fix it! Edit - apparently this is a well known issue that the developers are working on a fix for.

Great content, but I have a similar problem to the previous poster. Login details get lost and have to re-enter them. Also the app on the Sony TV seems to have stopped responding. Get the britbox logo up and the spinning wheel of doom that never stops. Have also had to resorted to casting from my phone. It's a pain. Getting close to cancelling.

Love the content of britbox, hate the TV app! It regularly forgets login details. Code entry does not work so I laboriously have to enter email and password each time. It has been unable to connect due to error saying content was not available in this country!? Solution was to restart my Sony TV and re-enter login I have now reverted to casting/streaming via the phone app as there are less problems and video resolution is definitely higher

This app requires a lot of work. The functionality to download content as well as in app controls to lock the screen and adjust brightness would be useful. Lastly a better system for not only bookmarking episodes but also accurately track progress through each season of episodes watched.

Terrible app. Have subscribed over and over. Receive confirmation of payment. App then tells me to subscribe again. Try again, phone tells me TV already subscribed. Have been going around in circles for months without accessing a single show. Complete rort as far as I can tell. Feels like a scam

omg, this app badly needs regular updates. I have to re login 2 or 3 times a week! some menus have no content (panel shows) others have clearly not been fully coded correctly (classic doctor who). It's a messy app currently and beta at best.

Love the shows available but the app freezes momentarily all the time. It is really, really irritating.
