Hands down, the most EPIC food ordering app EVER! I mean, where do I even start?! The app is LIGHTNING FAST, the display is STUNNING, and the user interface is SEAMLESS! I've never experienced a single glitch or crash - it's like butter, baby! But what really sets it apart is the FOOD - Cafe Javas delivers (literally!) on flavor, quality, and quantity! 10/10 would recommend this app (and Cafe Javas' food) to anyone who loves good food and a hassle-free ordering experience!

The app hangs and terminates in the afternoon whether on WiFi or cellular data. Previous orders disappear from Recent Orders & Order History once they are delivered. Or rather, they are removed. Rewards system doesn't work. Order tracking doesn't work either. Signing up with Google was buggy and caused 3 crashes of the app before it worked. No provision for card payments in account features. No AirtelMoney payments.

Nice one. However, It was my first time to use this app and my order was getting cancelled like twice because i was typing a zero first when entering the telephone number for momopay, and i had to redo the process till i had to figure it out myself why. I almost gave up. It was a piss off. Kindly rectify (put a note or something) for users who may not figure it out that zero should be left out. Secondly, please add provision for airtel money. Thank you👍.

This is awesome. Within 1 hour delivery was done. Tracking is great. I would recommend to use this service. To choose and add items is easy, I like the way you can modify size and ingredients, and navigate between sections. Payment method i used was also processed easily. Great experience!

You can't remove items from the cart. Once something is added, thats it. There's no customer service number on the app. The order can't be tracked that page crashed. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. Otherwise, really great menu options.

This cafe is a 10/10, everything is sooo perfect. The food, the service, the customer care, the atmosphere, etc everything is a 10/10. And this is at all their branches. To add, their app is as fast and accurate as possible, their delivery service are steady fast

The application is very fine. The response time is not Java like, its horrible. I am in Wandeya. The order took an hour plus!!. If it wasn't lockdown driving there and having a meal would be better off. So you require a cloud 9 level of patience or order much earlier

Great app, easy to use and navigate. The visa payment option does need some work takes too long to load and verify payments.
