Security / privacy concerns - The pill dispenser itself seems to work. It was setup by my brother (not easy). I am using the app to remotely monitor from out of state. The app won't work unless I let it sniff for household Bluetooth devices and it requires my "precise" location. A countertop pill dispenser doesn't need either... the device is the product not me, I paid for it. Fix your app. No ads so far so that is a plus.

The point of the app is to control when you are not present. All of the sudden it now quit alerting the alarm. Says connection failure. I had to call my parents to have them check it. It is still plugged in and connected. My Mom has Alzheimers and this is a real delicate that an item that costs so much does not function appropriately!

Loved it until it decided to stop showing the alarm on my phone. Even though it is set to notify me with all device functions. Fixed this problem once before; that was when they updated the app. But now there is nothing I can change that will make it give notifications on my phone.

UPDATE: I emailed the company and they emailed me back quickly on a Saturday even. They were fixing a glitch. They emailed me again the same day to tell me it was resolved. I am impressed with the quick response and resolution. The app works as advertised. I have epilepsy and need to take meds on time. The app makes it easier to use the pill box.

Downloading the app says its 87 mb. But once installed it's 330 mb. It also won't show more than 1 day of activity. I have reset the pill dispenser, cleared app cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail.

Developer fixed the issue of hanging on to the yellow screen. Thank you. My issue now is that on the dashboard, there is a tile labeled refill. I have not found a way to change the refill date.

Both the app and pill dispenser are great, the dispenser is large but can contain many doses, the one big drawback to the app is it has a chance to not save input example if you set the volume from medium to mute it may stay at medium volume

Awful, it always tells me "Devise Connection Failure" and I can't connect bluetooth. Can't even Change alarm times, or set to take early, can't really do anything now. This is serious
