Most of the app works as it should, but the Snowbird Alerts has a glitch. I checked it once, and when I went to check it again later, it wouldn't refresh. There is no way to refresh the page by dragging down from the top or any sort of option from the page. I have closed the app and reopened it, thinking it would refresh the alerts, but it didn't. I had to un-install and re-install the app to get an updated list. I am using the app on a android phone.

Used to work just fine. Haven't been able to open it for over a week. Uninstalled & reinstalled but still having the same issue. I'm using the WTRF app for local news now.

This was an ok app but not anymore!! It worked great until I updated it this afternoon, now it won't open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it just stays on the "Presented by WVUMedicine / Reynolds Memorial Hospital page. PLEASE FIX!!

Weather does not update unless I change to a different zip code and even then when going back to old zip code it stays on old dated weather information.

Very buggy.....Crashes a lot, VERY REPETITIVE commercials, sometimes 3, maybe 4 times within a half-hour!

Was a good app till last update now it keeps crashing when you open it...please fix.

I am having the same issue. The app will not open. the weather is white with black lines through it.
