Has bugs and poor support: often your wins don't get rewards; can't complete upgrades; item won't be available when should be; full of "new"players who play way below their ELO just so they can waste less experienced players. Liked the puzzles, but ran out due to unpassable upgrade barrier, as seem permanently stuck on 45 trophies.

"The game was cancelled, returning to the main screen." This is a message I've seen too much. I've been given a quest to play my first match, but every time I get close to winning or deliver mate the game is cancelled. This does not count as progress regardless of the state of the game, and the match is not part of your history. Overall polished, but this is pretty annoying. An opponent disconnecting on the website would be counted as a win on time, and you would have the match history.

Focus more on bug fixing than on UI/new clothes... resigns/time loss are counted as draws. The animations/transitiona take a lot of time - i always start the game with 4-6 seconds off the clock & quinning a pawn takes ar least 4 seconds- for a bullet game this is not good at all - better to remove bullet at all from the app. trophies can not be achieved once you get to gold I and i cannot down rank even if i lose 10-15 games in a row.... UX not existing.... shop is not loading from time to time.

The idea is great but the app is full of bugs. My rapid rating was 400 and my blitz rating around 1290. I played the 1st game in rapid and took my blitz rating. It doesn't make any sense and on chesscom It doesn't happen. Every update I need to uninstall and reinstall the app because my character disappear. They continue to update my avatar as female but I'm a male. I could continue for one hour about all the bugs. Update July 5th: now the new bug is in the training camp the amount of money

Overall experience is great but add-ons for puzzles, such as clues, for free to play users are extremely limited. A pc version of the app with cross save is also missing.

Buggy, but the app is great for learning chess. My game keeps displaying draws after check mate and won't let me do game review. It's not stalemate these are clear checkmates that don't count as wins.

Games constantly end in draw, even if clearly lost or won. Ever since the latest 2-3 Updates more than 80% of games i won/lose simply end up being a draw. Not receiving any coins. Clearly the Server knows i won or lost because my Elo is adjusted correctly. Every game takes ~4seconds to load, which wouldn't be bad, if your timer didn't start before the loading finished.

The game freezes roughly one in every four games. When it does, it normally freezes within the first dozen or so moves. The opponent's time continues to run down to 0.00, but it is counted as a loss for you. I would love the game if that didn't happen, but it does too much damage to my ratings, to lose one in four games because it freezes. And it is also extremely annoying each time it happens, which takes away much of the joy of using the app, no matter how good it is the rest of the time.
