Been fine for few months but then they start assigning you drivers that have already been assigned and then try and gas light you into believing its your fault the ir service messed up and you should have lower expectations from them. 45 mins late, 2 drivers assigned and none assigned right now: Don't rely on this service.

I booked and prepaid for a taxi for one of the most accessible areas of the city, and it was cancelled because "Your taxi couldn't get to you."... as a message through the app itself, so you have no recourse to provide proof in written form. If you pay in advance, you are at the mercy of whatever they can send to you in any manner they see fit. This is the perfect app to gazump anything you prepay for. As a taxi service otherwise, they're perfectly fine.

Booked outgoing and return trip a week in advance. For outgoing watched the driver take a wrong turn and then the ride was cancelled. Called them and they sent another driver 20 minutes after me booking time who quite frankly drove like a learner and I has to tell him the route. The return trip at 11pm didn't show up and then it was cancelled. Called them up and they said they were backed up and would have a driver in 30 minutes. Not good enough won't ever use again

The app has crashed so can't book online have un installed then re-installed and updated and hasn't made a difference the app ain't working and when you call you have to wait a while for a taxi to come and the taxi I had this morning made my daughter late for school as he didn't have a clue what route to take to a tunstall school and the base is in tunstall so I ended up paying more for the fair for the drivers fault. Also all drivers need show their metres.. sort it city centre please

App generally works fine, it's the actual people running the company that need to work on stuff. If the ride gets accepted by a driver, they should be penalised if they then decide to cancel the job making you wait for another driver, or at least offer a reduction in fare if you are late to your destination because of them accepting the job then cancelling on you . Very often you have to book with another company at the same time in case city cancels their driver last minute

Booked trip, wanted to change the time, rang them couple of times not answering, put me in a queue as a busy. Rang in different number answered . I cancelled that trip. Very bad service.
