I have little to no grasp on the japanese language (outside some basic words/greetings) but I found that a littleback and forth between screenshots and the google translate app, I was able to distinguish which buttons were which after a bit and I was able to change the settings to my liking. Ads are annoying though, at least make ads silent. They would stop my music each time they rolled. Other than that, superb app. I love this game and it's been the most challenging and fun one I've played yet

It would be amazing is there weren't ads after every hand. The gameplay is smooth and beautiful. You get to customize a little avatar, and there are some nice daily prizes. It's a little difficult to navigate sometimes, but for the most part it's fine. I know it's lame to complain about ads on a free game, but it's bad. Like, really bad. Some of the intrusive ads crash the game.

Level 10 is a joke. Level 1 to 9 on the other hand are too simple. Too many ads. Subscription way too expensive. No option to control music and sound level. Animations are too slow. Could be a nice game without all these letdowns.

Best Hanafuda Koi Koi game in the store but only available in Japanese. Still easy to get around after some trial and error. After testing about 6 similar apps this is the one I kept. Only 4 stars since removing the ads requires a monthly payment of nearly 5 Euro which I consider ridiculously expensive.

Best koi koi app I've found. It's only in Japanese but the menus are easy enough to figure out, unless you wan to change the rules good luck trying to figure that out without being able to read Japanese lol... Is there a paid version without ads? Or a way to pay and remove ads in the game? I would really like to play without ads.

Pretty good.Game gets severely rigged favoring the AI at CPU level 7 or more.The app loses connection to the server mid-game quite often,multiple times,messing up your game.You go through loops of winning and losing streaks and these loops are obvious and not by chance.Sometimes the game simply *wants* you to lose against an opponent & this is painfully obvious.They have tweaked the algorithm so you lose immediately in the daily card-picking (not 50-50 chance), unable to win koban.Intrusive ads.

Pretty good! Despite the UI being in Japanese, it's easy to know which button does things a short time after you use the app. Love the sound effects and music, very relaxing too.
