Although I only saw bad reviews. I installed the app anyway, which took seconds, because it is only a few MB. There was no need to make an account. So as soon as I opened it, I could enter my reference number and all my chipping details were there. The company still sucks though, it's not the first time I had an appointment for delivery, stayed home all day, and nobody showed up.

Cannot find any Schenker parcel. Looking through the reviews, noone else can either. Literally. Not a single reviewer can use this app. I am therefore quickly becoming convinced it was never intended to search for parcels in the first place. I have no clue what app is supposed to do it. But all we can be certain of is that this is not the app we are looking for.

The app is pretty much useless. Not able to automatically pick up items that are going to be delivered as other apps are. Not able to show QR codes to scan at a delivery point. Not able to sign in to the app via national digital identification like BankID in Sweden.

The UI is so horrible that it is hard to imagine how it could be made worse. Second star given because you actually can track packets with it.

App is kind of good, but company is really bad with communication, delivery, with delivery arrangements... Save your time, when you see that Schenker is delivering, cancel as soon as possible you can

Not possible to subscribe to automatically adding packages based on your information. Which is the only reason for a tracking app.

Tried searching for few parcels with the shipment id but this app couldnt find them. Web page tracking did find.

Like the other Schenker tracking app, this one can't find any shipments either. How hard can it be?
