Incredibly dissapoiting product. I tried in both a Sony Xperia 10 (which was "compatible" in the US version of the site. The polish version was only in Polish. BTW, thousands of expats live in Poland so you know) and a Samsung one. Nothing works. There is no support available anywhere. A total waste of money. Of course this happens because the availability of Style Free sensors in Poland (much better sensor) suddenly went to cero! Conclusion: the companies behind these products are unreliable!

After much frustration we found that this version of the app will not connect to the transmitters. I then found the app called Dexcom G6 still in my app library, so I uninstalled this version and installed what I think is the older version. It paired with the transmitter, and seems to be working fine.

I'm absolutely disappointed about the app and the product. I get it yesterday for testing. Everything looked good the first 7h but suddenly the transmitter stopped the signal to the testing machine. And the app I couldn't use, cause I do have android 10.3 and this doesn't work yet with the app. This is poor, also only Google, Apple and Samsung mobiles are strong supported. With other phones you can't use it beside the Huawei P20/ P20pro. I now tried for 24h to reboot the system without success.

Thanks dexcom for response it was very informational, the short list of compatible devices expleins why evry physician in my country choses libre over dexcom, but still this does not leave the bad aftertase from buing dexcom g7 sensor after using Libre 2 just to find out that I need other phone. Adding insult to injury xperia 1 II, IV and V are supported but not III (which I have), and non of your other apps work either on my device.

good app tbh. does it's main task. actually they should make a new alert. you put in for example 1 hour, and if after this hour your sugar will be still high it'll sound. cause I have often high sugar level when I go to sleep and I just want to know if it goes down or keeps being high.

Edit: do you really think I don't know about your device compatibility page? Please read my initial review carefully — it is about the needed Dexcom-App-UPDATE: my compatible phone auto-upgraded to Android 12 and now Dexcom app doesn't connect to the transmitter! No way to downgrade officially! When will you release the update? It finally connected, however my device is still supported only for Android 9-11 for G6 and 10-11 for G7!

Overall the app provides all the necessary things. UI & UX however could be way better. Also, this app is a real battery killer, which is a huge bummer bearing in mind it has to run all the time

There may be a bug with this app. In all my clarity reports, there are 2 1 hour long gaps every day. The actual time is different between days. The actual data is on the app, so it's not missing, it just doesn't get uploaded. Never had any issue with the G5 app. Update: the new version fixes this issue.
